Thank you for shopping at VTOP. Please read our shipping information carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. We will send you an order confirmation email once payment is received, and a shipping notification with tracking number once your package is dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to carrier backlog, customs inspection, holidays, weather or events out of our control.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on destination country, package weight and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to the rules shown on our website.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or local taxes in your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs rules before ordering. We cannot predict or control customs clearance speed or fees.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and tracking link. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after dispatch.

6. Delivery Issues

• Lost / Missing package: Contact us if your package has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery window. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
• Wrong shipping address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address and the package is returned or lost, you will be responsible for related costs.
• Refused delivery: If you refuse to accept the package upon arrival, return shipping and customs charges will be deducted from your refund.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries, but some destinations may have shipping restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel orders if delivery to your location is unavailable.
