1. Eligibility

2. Products & Pricing
We sell USB cables, HDMI adapters and related electronic accessories. All product descriptions, images and specifications on the Site are for reference only. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice.
All prices shown on the Site are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include import duties, customs taxes, VAT or local sales taxes, which may be charged by the destination country upon delivery. You are responsible for all such import fees.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel your order before shipment, even after order confirmation.
3. Order & Acceptance
When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase goods. Your order is only accepted once we send you a shipping confirmation email. Receiving an automated order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, stock shortages, or where delivery cannot be completed to your region.
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept payment via PayPal and other checkout methods displayed on our store. Ownership of goods passes to you only after full payment has been received and goods have been shipped.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, holidays or events beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by shipping delays.
Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to you once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier. Please inspect packages immediately upon receipt.
6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Our return policy is described on our Returns & Refunds page. You must follow the return procedure before sending any items back. Return shipping costs may be borne by you unless the item arrived defective or wrong.
Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, physical breakage, normal wear and tear or unauthorized modification of the product.
7. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, product photos, graphics and content on vtop.shop are intellectual property of VTOP. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You may not use our trademarks without prior written authorization.
