1. There is no video output from HD00007 on macOS even with the given driver. What should I do?
Connect HD00007 to your Mac and open Apple Menu → About This Mac → System Report → USB. Check whether the USB video device is listed.
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and check the relevant permissions for the USB display application. On older macOS versions, the corresponding settings may be found under System Preferences → Security & Privacy → Screen Recording.
2. There is no sound from my macOS device. What should I do?
HD00007 supports audio output through USB. After connecting the device, check the selected audio output device on your Mac.
- Connect HD00007 to your Mac.
- Open System Settings or System Preferences.
- Open Sound → Output.
- Select the corresponding USB audio output device.
- Check the volume level and make sure the output is not muted.
3. My screen is flashing frequently. What should I check?
