Please download the latest version from the official Audacity website.

2. macOS User — QuickTime Player

macOS includes native video and audio recording via QuickTime Player. We recommend it as the default app for this Audio Grabber. Classic Audacity releases often lag behind macOS system updates and may introduce audio timing issues.
