The white square is an adapter to accept standard USB plug. Hi. I have stuck notes and missing notes when using yourt cable: DigitalLife® USB to MIDI In/Out Cable - 5-Pin DIN MIDI Interface to USB Converter Cable for MIDI Keyboard/Controller to Computer . I am using MacOS 10.11 MacPro and Digital Performer 9 or Kontakt 5 with a Yamaha S80. Everything worked fine with the FW-1814 MAudio interface. What can I do?   

I tried again after receiving your video. I did exactly what you did in the video. I also made a video which begins after uninstalling the driver and turning off the computer. I followed everything but in spite of everything I found only "ezcap". You will also find 2 photos of the connections that I tried while manipulating the video.Have you an other idea ?Reply - Thanks for the picture.
